Hi Anna, Today I got the most wonderful news that I’ve had in a long time and it could not have happened without Dr. Skinner and the entire staff of the Barbados Fertility Clinic. For this XXXX and I are forever indebted and connected to you all. Our thanks is unending for the efficient, timely and supportive nature of each and everyone we encountered from the receptionists right on up. Having been through a previous IVF cycle, I have to say that the clinic's philosophy puts you at ease and makes you feel reassured from the get-go. Anna, a million thanks for your support. Your job is not an easy one, but you manage to keep on top and in control at all times. Please pass on our deepest gratitude to Dr Skinner, Wendy and the rest of the staff (those of whom we came into contact with and those behind the scenes) Especially the receptionist on the left side that gave me a big hug when I thought my bladder was about to burst at the first transplant date :-) I wish you all continued success, bringing hope into the lives of others. Dear Dr. Juliet Skinner and the Team, As I’m on the count down to my pregnancy test, I thought that there isn’t a better time to offer our thanks to you all. Regardless of the results on the 1st June it wouldn’t change a thing about how we both feel, but myself in particular, about the service we received during our IVF cycle from your clinic. When I received the news that we should go for IVF during our medical issues, I was horrified and extremely upset, but when we made the first contact with Anna, my initial worries were dissolved in an instant and when we saw other couples in the waiting-room I found some comfort. The information was delivered methodically and questions were always answered. The team is caring, efficient and happy. The service was superb from each team member we came across, appointments where always on time, which enabled us to enjoy the holiday as well. It’s hard to say who should get a star by their name because in our eyes they are all stars but I took a shine to Anna and Cyrilene. We were treated like individuals and just not a number like most institutions and the Nurses encouraged my husband to be present on scans and discussions. Everyone has just an important role as each other and even though we never met Damian, I thank him for his precision and taking care of our embryos. If we have not been successful on this time I’m sure you will get to see us again very soon, neither of us are ready to fall at the first hurdle. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
